Curriculum

The Key Stage 3 curriculum is an accelerated two year programme, which includes an introduction to the study of Latin, Classical Civilisations and Emotional Intelligence.  More detailed information can be obtained from our Lower School Curriculum Handbook.

In Key Stage 4 there is a wide choice of subjects.  All students study English Language, English Literature, Maths, Science (Double or Triple), at least one Language, History and/or Geography and ICT as well as a number of other option subjects.  More detailed information can be obtained from our Year 9 Curriculum Handbook and our Upper School Curriculum Handbook.

Students progress on to the Sixth Form where, again, there is a very wide choice of subjects.  Students typically study  four AS subjects in the Lower Sixth and then concentrate on three A2 subjects.  In addition, students can study for General Studies or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ).  More detailed information can be found in the Sixth Form Prospectus.
