Eportal, Parent Mail and Online Payments
Eportal
Eportal is the Academy's database system. We use this to store and manage progress data about our students. If you would like to have online access to retrieve your child's reports and progress, please complete the 'Data Capture application form' below and return to the data office via main reception.

Parent Mail
Parent Mail is the Academies online communication system for parents. We send out key information to parents such as events information, newsletters, trips and special events using this system.
In addition parents can use the system to pay for school trips and events. When students join in year 7, parents are given a letter inviting them to use the system. If you missed this please contact the Priory data team on : PrioryData@prioryacademies.co.uk
