Student Classes
Priory Leisure members are able to use the fitness facilities from 3.15pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday as well as Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm. The Centre is open throughout the year, including holidays, with the exception of specific bank holidays and short periods for refurbishment.
Inclusive of Priory Leisure membership, we are now able to offer additional classes providing a range of individual and group sessions. The following, additional classes will be held for members on a weekly basis throughout Modules 1 and 2:
Monday 3.15-5pm - Recreatonal swim (NEW)
A free swim, enabling you to use the pool as you wish.
Monday 4.30-5.30pm - Circuit training
A high-energy session that improves strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination.
Monday 5.30-7pm - Personal training slots
Book a 30-minute group or individual slot with an instructor to take you through your own personal work-out.
Tuesday 3.30-4.15pm - Students Spinning with Mr Fearn
A great heart and lung work-out set to music. Ideal for those looking to increase cardiovascular fitness and burn calories.
Tuesday 4.30-5.30pm - Recreational Swim (NEW)
A free swim, enabling you to use the pool as you wish.
Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm - Aqua Fit (NEW)
A fun pool-based exercise class to music. Aims to tone muscles using weights and incorporates balance and flotation exercises.
Thursday 3.15-5.15pm Triathlon Training (NEW)
Sport-specific long distance training, providing tips on technique and stamina incorporated into a one-hour session of running or bike and one hour of swimming.
Thursday 5-7pm - Personal training slots
Book a 30-minute group or individual slot with an instructor to take you through your own personal work-out.
