EXAMINATIONS OFFICER

SALARY: PPS6, £19,950 PER ANNUM (PRO RATA TO £17,494 PER ANNUM)

HOURS: 37 HOURS PER WEEK, 40 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR

PERMANENT

START DATE : ASAP

The Priory City of Lincoln Academy are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer to join their team.  The role will include administration of examination entry and registration procedures and managing day-to-day running of the examination process for both external and internal examinations.     

The successful applicant will be flexible in approach, extremely organised and able to demonstrate excellent time management skills. Experience of working in a busy school environment is desirable and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.   

Applicants should have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Outlook; an IT qualification and grade C GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English is essential.  Knowledge of SIMS management system an advantage, but full training will be given.
