SALARY: NATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP WAGE

HOURS: 32.5 HOURS PER WEEK, 39 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR

The Priory Pembroke Academy is a growing academy seeking an enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Business Administrator Apprentice to join our exceptional staff body. You would join a team who are proud of our vibrant and supportive culture. Pembroke opened in September 2017 and is growing year on year; this is an exciting time to join us! We are looking for a hardworking individual who wants the best for every child and a person who will live and breathe our motto – “Achieving Together”.
Throughout the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will be providing support within our dedicated administrative and student reception team to ensure the smooth running of the Academy. You will work within a friendly and supportive team and develop skills to be able to work on your own initiative and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.  You will need to use a range of office, IT and communication skills and be willing to undertake First Aid training.  As a part of this role, you will qualify in Business Administration Level 3.  

The position will be working Monday to Friday, working hours between 8:15 am and 3:45pm. The position will be 32.5 contracted hours per week over 39 working week per year.

GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above, or equivalent are required for this role. However, applications will be considered for this position from candidates who do not hold these qualifications as Functional Skills training will be given to the successful applicant.
