SITE ASSISTANT

SALARY: PPS3, £18,812 PER ANNUM (PRO RATA TO £2,117 PER ANNUM)

HOURS: 5 HOURS PER WEEK, 38 WORKING WEEKS PER YEAR

PERMANENT

START DATE: JANUARY 2022

Ling Moor Primary Academy are looking to appoint a motivated Site Assistant who is dedicated to motivating all pupils to achieve their full potential.  The successful applicant will provide support through a range of tasks that may include gardening, building and maintenance, grounds maintenance and the opening and locking up of the premises. The working pattern is 1 hour per day Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will be qualified to GCSE level C or equivalent in English and Mathematics. Good interpersonal skills are vital, with a desire to develop techniques to motivate and support young people.

We are a large Primary school in North Hykeham, on the outskirts of Lincoln, that is central to the community it serves.
