Student Support Assistant






The Priory Belvoir Academy is looking for a Student Support Assistant to join our friendly and successful academy where our supportive and dedicated staff are committed to delivering the best educational opportunities and outcomes for all our students. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, flexible, organised and IT literate; it is essential to have competent literacy and numeracy skills, possess good inter personal skills and enjoy a team approach to work.

Student Support Assistants play a vital role in ensuring all of our students can effectively access the curriculum both in and outside the classroom.  This vacancy would suit an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with students with special needs, supporting them to develop from both an academic and social perspective. The successful candidate should be computer literate and have worked with MS Word, Outlook and Excel. English and Maths GCSE grade A-C are essential together with previous experience of having worked with students with autism.
