Stress (Including Exam Stress)
Firstly, it is important to remember that we all get stressed. When we feel under pressure, or we have a lot going on, or we try something new, or we challenge ourselves, we can feel stressed. It is our body’s way of telling us that we are moving beyond our comfort zone. So – not all stress is bad!
However, sometimes stress can overwhelm us and become out of control. So it is important for you to understand how to recognise stress, how to manage it, and what to do if you feel it is getting out of control.
Below are some great websites designed to help you understand stress and how to deal with it:

- Every Mind Matters by the NHS, covering information about self-care.
